Hiking

Aaron and I decided to go for a nice hike this past sunday on sandia. It's so beautiful right now. We've had so much rain that everywhere it's so nice and green. :-)

Here's a couple more pics of the tea we had, we were quite the sophisticated ladies. :-) yh, you'll notice the jello, flan, arroz con pollo and fruit salad. It was all so yummy.

finally an update!

So, it's been a while, well Jose, I'm busy person these days! ok, so here's some news, we bought a new car, we'll new to us of course, it's a 98 black subaru forester. we're very happy with our little car, it can fit the baby, stroller and lulu comfortably. and it has a/c, which is a big plus! the trooper is in the shop and we'll "hoopty" is "hoopty" and we'll be saying goodbye soon, that is when we have the trooper back. we also did buy the stroller and car seat combo already, but we needed to know if it would fit well in whatever we bought. so, we're quite prepared.
On other news, I went to visit Simone this past weekend, we had a lot of fun! we had the best "tea party" ever! so much food! and it was so fancy! I'll post a pic of it soon. we also worked on scrapbook! always fun! and we just had a good time hanging out. It was of course too short of time, but we enjoyed the time we had.
I got back monday night, went back to work, it was good to see everyone again; and yes I was reminded of what work was. :-( not much else going on, oh, aaron has been mountain biking with friends, so that's nice, I'm just jealous I can't go!
my belly is growing, I look like I swallowed a basketball, my tailbone hurts sometimes, esp. at work, but i got a belt that kindof helps. the baby is kicking and moving alot, it's such a neat feeling and now you could really see her bump my belly around from across the room, ask aaron or X. anyways, we're off this weekend, so that will be nice. well, you guys have a good weekend!

6th year anniversary

Time flies! I can't believe we've been married for 6 years today, it doesn't seem that long. God has truly blessed us through-out the years. I'm thankful to God for Aaron and we're so excited for what the future holds. Baby is doing good, she's starting to move more and now with more of a pattern (at certain times of the day.)
Aaron did great, he bought me a nice rocking chair with cushing, it's very nice! Also, this week we bought the combo, stroller, carrier with the base. We're doing car shopping, so we took it with us and put it in the back of all the cars we're considering making sure it fits, and that it's still comfortable. It's been fun. This week is back to work, then on Thursday I leave to visit X in michingan.
For now, we have a bed and breakfast to go to, (up by cedar crest). It should be a fun, relaxing rest of the weekend.

The BEST SURPRISE!

We are so blessed to have such wonderful, loving friends. So, while we were away, our friends from work decided to fully do our nursery. The funny part was that I talked to Trish and Marlo, telling them my ideas and never thought anything of it, well apparently they were collecting information. sneaky ha. Anyways, when Aaron walked into the room, he just said "Caro you got to come look"!! I felt like I was on the show, "make room for baby" we just stood there with our mouths wide open, amazed, I wanted to cry it was so wonderful! So, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Trish, Marlo & Aiden, Cara, Sherry, Jon and anyone else that helped. We love you guys. Thanks.

Visiting

We were able to spend a couple of days in Arkansa with Aaron's family. It was extremely hot there! but besides that we had a good time. We stayed with Joe and his family. that's his wife (Stef) who is about to have a baby boy any day now. She's got me beat with the belly for now, but in 3 months I'll be there. :-)
