Yikes!

I think Xiomi is a little scared, she's sayiing "yikes, all that came out of her". oh yeah, she can do some damage to her little clothes.

Mom's Birthday Suprise!!

Mom's birthday was on saturday, and boy did we suprise her!! Jose and Kim came also Xiomi and Steve. My parents were very suprised. It was great! Also, abuelo, my cousins and aunt came. We've been having a good time here. Too bad Kim and Jose had to leave on Sunday, but I guess work n school called. :-( So far, we've had a good time here with my sister and her husband.

Sofia is 3 months!

Sofia is now 3 months, she is growing up so fast! She grew out of all her 0-3 months, now we're well into the 3 month and 3-6month clothes. She's also been sleeping through the night (for the most part). She's talking alot and smiling, and loves for people to interact with her. On valentine's day we woke up to snow! crazy weather here; by noon it was starting to melt and by the next day it was almost all gone. now, it up to 50 degrees. ;-) oh well. I'll post later a pic of the finished porch. Aaron did a really good job.

Ready to go to work

Here's Sofia ready to join Aaron at the hospital. She got these cute little scubs from my sister-in-law from Arkansas.
In other news, here in the crazy weather of albuquerque, it's now snowing. We have a couple of inches on the ground already. Maybe Sofia and I will venture outside, she has a snow outfit she needs to wear at least once. (courtesy of Kyra). it's very cute. anyways, Happy Valentines day! Also today Sofia turns 3 months! I'll be posting a 3 month pic soon.

More of Durango

Here we are at the train, it was a beautiful ride.

Durango

This week we went to Durango. We stayed at a nice bed and breakfast and we did the durango train ride through the San Juan Mountains. We were really blessed! we were the only people that stayed at the B&B, we just hung out in the house, sat by the fireplace, drank hot cocoa, teas, watched a movie; and Sofia did so good, didn't cry, went to bed early and slept all night. For the train ride she also did amazingly good, she ate, slept, woke up looked around and was happy! the train was also very empty, so that was also a blessing. All and all we had a great time, a nice early valentine's for us. :-) In other news, Aaron finished the porch, I will take a picture of it tomorrow and let you guys see the finished product, it looks excellent, very professional!

mommy & Sofia

Today it's been such a beautiful day, it's in the high 50s and we're enjoying it! Here's a picture also of the porch that Aaron built, with the help of some friends, it looks great! it's almost done, he has to redo part of the roof, but otherwise it's very nice!

Cutie Sofia!

Here's Sofia after her bath that she loves!! She really is getting used to the camera. She started to find her hands now, it's funny to watch her stare at them and she tries to suck on her hand or thumb.
