1rst picture of the little gummy bear

so we went to the doctors' appt today and the NP wasn't able to hear a heart beat, of course according to aaron and i we could've got it, but we kept quiet instead. we'll she was nice enough since we are leaving town to send us for an ultrasound by saying of course that we weren't sure of the dates, so it was great! we were so excited to get an ultrasound! when we saw the baby for the first time, it was great, we both wanted to cry, ok, we did, we are so happy. anyways, the lady doing my ultrasound says, oh, there's the little gummy bear, ahhh how cute! he or she does look like a gummy bear. so, my new due date is Nov. 18th, but we'll see as I'm farther along what my next ultrasound will say! almost forgot the baby's heart rate was 176.! very exciting!! and we're leaving for our cruise tomorrow morning! it's been a good week! thank God!
